Solar Decking Light / Step Light – Daylight White, Green or Blue
The Halomarka LED walkover solar lights are versatile, professional solar lights with a 2 year guarantee. Sold in packs of two in either White, Green or Blue. Screw to decking (stainless steel screws provided) as a walkover, solar decking light. Alternatively, use the supplied ground spike to mount into soft ground around borders and paths.
Best of all, the Halomarka charges when mounted both horizontally and vertically, allowing for even more installation ideas. As an alternative installation method, mount vertically on and around steps for use as a solar step light. Use also on fences, walls and raised decking. And for the ultimate DIY install, mount on small panels of decking and install vertically into soft ground as a driveway post light. Inexpensive yet effective! So long as the Halomarka solar walkover light is positioned in direct sunlight, the mounting positions are endless.
The Halomarka is designed to provide 360 degree visibility at night. The heavy duty PC / ABS surround is sectioned into quarters for an even spread of light. The main purpose of this solar decking light is to be a guide light along pathways and seating areas. They are particularly suited to areas where it is difficult to run power cables. Once attached to the surface, their slight domed shape are perfect for walking over. Rated IP67 and using tough, vandal-resistant materials, they are ideal for both public and private areas.
The HaloMARKA solar deck light easily lasts all night (7.5+ hours). Before the time-lapse, it had one full day of charge total. Subsequently, unused power will carry over into the next day. Performance may vary depending on the amount of sunlight.

Warmer colour temperatures have a less disruptive impact on wildlife and help reduce star-warping. For instance, bats are less affected by red-toned lights, which produce orange or yellow hues, compared to cooler, daylight white or blue lights higher in the spectrum. Blue light, being the most harmful for light pollution, should be minimised. The best solution is to use colour temperatures of 3000K or lower, with 2700K often referred to as “bat-friendly” lighting.

TIMERS – Time controls are useful for automating the operation of luminaires, ensuring they run only when needed, which boosts energy efficiency. They also offer convenience by removing the need for manual intervention, while enhancing security by simulating activity, deterring potential intruders. Overall, they help optimise energy use and preserve equipment.
